What that actually comes to
An example, so the percentage means something. Say your drivers complete 1 000 trips in a month at an average fare of R80.
| Fares your company completed | 1 000 trips × R80 = R80 000, all of it settled to you in cash or into your own merchant account. |
| Your commission from drivers | At 15%, R12 000 — your gross revenue for the month. You set this, and you set the ceiling on it. |
| What Skynat invoices you | 1% of R80 000 = R800, once, at the end of the month. |
| What you keep | R11 200 before your own costs. We are about 6.7% of your commission, and 1% of what rode through the system. |
Illustrative figures, not a projection. Your real numbers depend on your fares, your commission and how busy your city is.
The small print, in plain words
No. There is no setup fee, no onboarding fee and no charge per driver or per vehicle. If you add a hundred drivers tomorrow your bill does not change until they start completing trips.
Then you pay us very little. The bill is a share of completed fares, so a month with no trips costs you nothing beyond any add-on you have taken.
No. We never touch a fare. The full amount goes to you in cash or into your own gateway account, and we invoice you afterwards for the month.
You get warnings first. An invoice left unpaid well past its due date suspends the company — and even then, trips already in progress are allowed to finish rather than being cut off with people in cars.
Yes. You choose between us charging a card automatically when the invoice is raised, and paying each invoice yourself. You can switch between the two whenever you like.
Yes, and your data comes with you. There is no lock-in period, and because we never hold your fares there is no balance of yours for us to release. If you have branded apps they are in your own store accounts and stay yours.
