Your riders pay you. Not us.

Cash from day one, card and bank transfer when you want them, and one invoice from us at the end of the month.

The principle

We are never in the middle of your money.

Every other platform takes the fare, holds it, and pays you out some days later minus their cut. We do not. You connect your own merchant account and the money settles to you directly, the same as any other sale your business makes.

What this means for you
  • Your fares reach your bank on your gateway's normal schedule
  • No payout delays caused by us, because we hold nothing
  • Your chargebacks, refunds and reconciliation stay in one place
  • If you ever leave, there is no balance of yours to release
What it means for us
  • We cannot take a percentage off a trip as it happens
  • We cannot see or touch a single fare
  • We bill you afterwards, like any software supplier
  • We have to be worth paying every month
How riders pay

Four ways money reaches you

Cash

The default, and the one that works everywhere. The driver takes the money and the trip is marked paid. Your commission comes off their prepaid credit.

Card

Paid in the app on your own gateway. The driver's share goes to their in-app balance and you settle it however you already do.

Instant EFT

The rider pays from their banking app — no card needed. In South Africa this is often cheaper for you than card.

Wallet

Riders top up in advance and trips come off the balance. Good for regulars and for corporate accounts.

Gateways

Bring your own merchant account

Paste your keys, switch it on, and you are taking payments. Every one of these confirms a payment with the provider before anything is credited, so a faked callback cannot top up a wallet.

Mobile money is built and tested to the same standard but stays switched off until an operator asks for it, so that nobody is handed a payment method they have not set up.

Your drivers

Prepaid credit, not a debt you chase.

The cash-first model that actually works: drivers buy credit from you, and your commission comes off it as they earn. When the balance runs low they are warned; when it runs out they stop getting trips.

  • Top up by cash at your office, by EFT, or by card in the app
  • A welcome credit so a new driver can earn before they pay anything
  • Low-balance warnings before anyone is cut off mid-shift
  • Or run postpaid with a limit, if you prefer to invoice them
Our invoice

One bill, at the end of the month.

A small share of the fares your company actually completed, plus any add-ons you have taken. Nothing is deducted along the way.

You see it building

Your dashboard shows what this month has cost you so far, and what today cost on its own, worked out by exactly the same code that writes the invoice.

You choose how to pay

Let us charge the card on file when the invoice is raised, or pay each one by hand from the billing page. Change your mind whenever you like.

Nothing is a surprise

Trips, fare volume, the percentage and the total are all on the invoice. If the number looks wrong, the workings are right there.

An invoice left unpaid past its due date eventually suspends the company — with warnings first, and with trips already in progress allowed to finish.
